Start a League

If you'd like to start an AirBall league, we'll help you with the process. Please read below to find out more information.

League Fees:

1. The sponsor of the League must find and pay for the venue. We will require a proof of payment for the venue. Please send a copy of the venue receipt to Venue@airball-nash.com. Please include your name, phone number and game day events. 

2. The Sponsor will have to pay a fee for the League. The fee is $250. You can schedule as many games as you'd like but they must be scheduled when you sign up to sponsor the league. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at contactus@airball-nash.com

3. Each player must pay a players fee for the entire season. The fee for each game is $20 

6. The sponsor has the power to increase the players fee if they'd like. The base fee is $20. The remaining funds will be distributed to the sponsor. So, we'll work with you on the players fee. Sponsor fees are final and nonnegotiable. Reach out to us at Contactus@airball-nash.com

7. Taxes are charged for each game. 

8. We will send each player a link to pay for the game fees. We will automatically deduct the money from the sponsor and players account. Refunds are available for players who do not attend. Please reach out to refunds@airball-nash.com. 

9. If you'd like to add an extra player before the game day, please click on the player form link and we'll get the players information and payment. If you'd like to add a player in person, please see our AirBall associate once you arrive at the game.

10. All player and Sponsor fees must be submitted BEFORE Game day. We will not allow a player to play if the fees are not paid. No exceptions. 

11. The sponsor does not have to pay a players fee. 

12. The sponsor should expect a deposit into their bank account 3-5 business days after the Game. 

13. Any refunds will take 3-5 business days after it it submitted. 

Game Day Rules:

1. The sponsor must arrive 45 minutes before the game starts to confirm player information and fees. 

2. Please make sure your players understand the risks that comes along with playing AirBall. We are not held reliable for any injuries the may occur during the game. 

3. Players should bring a form of payment if they are being added to the game onsite.

4. Players should also bring a form of payment for snacks and drinks. We supply an unlimited amount of bottled water during the game but we do charge for all other food and drink items. 

5. T-shirts will be sold at a discounted price for all Leagues. 

6. The Airball rules are very simple. Kick the ball into the Scoring zone and your team scores a point. We recommend that you have each player wear a team color. We will work with the sponsor to decide teams before game day. You may change team members before of after the game. 

7. If one player is absent but you have a replacement for that player, we require the player to complete an information form and payment. We will refund the players fee to the absent player. The replacement player MUST pay the players fee to play. 

8. The game is concluded after 2 hours. We cannot extend the game due to scheduling and associate fees. If you'd like more game time, please make a request BEFORE the game day. The sponsor fee will be increased. 

9. Airball-Nash does not condone gambling. We will not take any extra money to give to the winning team at the end of the season. We are not held liable for any illegal activity that may occur.

10. We also do not allow alcohol or drugs of any type at our events!! We are a family friendly business. We will not start the game if the players are under the influence of any substance. We will NOT refund sponsor fees or players fee if the players are under the influence during a game. We will cancel your league and refund the reaming fees. You will not be able to start another league with AirBall Nash. 

11. All players must get their own transportation before and after the event. We will not supply transportation of any type.
